Take the LGBTQ+ Sleep Survey
How are identity and sleep health intertwined for LGBTQ+ members of our community? Project Sleep wants to know and we need your input!
Since June 2023, Project Sleep has been conducting our LGBTQ+ Sleep Survey to hear first-hand how the experiences of LGBTQ+ people impact sleep. We urgently need additional responses to learn how shifting political landscapes may be affecting sleep health in the LGBTQ+ community
Your perspectives are crucial to informing our sleep advocacy and awareness campaigns and advancing the dialogue about LGBTQ+ sleep health. Survey results will be published on our website and across our social media platforms, and shared with the legislative, medical, and scientific communities.
The survey is open to LGBTQ+ adults living anywhere in the world and takes about 10-20 minutes to complete. Click here to go to the survey and please share with your community!
Project Sleep is proud to highlight LGBTQ+ sleep health and insights from LGBTQ+ members of our community.
Project Sleep is dedicated to raising awareness about sleep health, sleep equity, and sleep disorders. Click here to learn more about our sleep equity work.
Are you living with narcolepsy or hypersomnia? Wake Up Narcolepsy offers a free online LGBTQIA+ support group. To join, make an account on HeyPeers.com and follow Wake Up Narcolepsy. From there you’ll be able to see all of the groups and register.
Special thanks to advocate extraordinaire Danielle Mullane for suggesting that we create a survey and providing incredibly thoughtful feedback!
